I'm so glad that I took my friend's advice and chose to have my breast augmentation surgery with BBC direct. Wendy had previously had cosmetic surgery in Prague with BBC and, as she had been so pleased with her previous treatment returned with me to have breast augmentation.
Our trip had to be re-scheduled as our flights were cancelled due to the Volcanic ash scenario but,
I have to say that the whole re-booking process was made so easy and all because of you, the professionalism you showed was fantastic, in re-scheduling our surgery to shaming the hotel into moving our reservations at minimal cost, you're an asset to the company.
The organisation of our trip was superb, everything went like clock work and made the whole process so easy, from airport pick up to air port drop off all our needs were met by friendly, helpful staff
Wendy and myself are exceptionally thrilled with the results of our surgery, you and BBC exceeded our expectations and I have no qualms in recommending your clinic to my friends
