Here’s my story.
On losing 8 stone through sheer will power, and lots of exercise I finally decided that the only way to look and feel better about the way I looked was to have cosmetic surgery. After many long hours on the phone and internet investigating different companies and clinics, both in England and abroad, I came across BBC Direct.
I sent my details and received my first call from Nick, he was genuine, kind, understanding and helpful but at the same time very professional. As you can imagine there are so many questions to ask and so much information to take in that on several occasions I forgot but it was never a problem to Nick, I could call him as many times as I needed, if he was not available he would always call me back or email me, which sometimes is better because you can read the information over and over.
Every step of the planning was easy, I booked my flights paid the deposit and Nick did the rest, it was so easy. Of course I had my doubts (who wouldn’t) but I really had no need to be worried.
On arriving in Prague, the driver was waiting, he drove me straight to the hotel and the next morning the representative from BBC was in reception ready to take us to the clinic, just as Nick had promised.
The clinic is literally just across the road which made things so much easier especially after the operation. It was clean, bright and the staff so friendly, everything was explained and was never a problem when I had questions.
Dr Visek was lovely, but for me it was Dr. Aa that made me feel so good about the whole thing, he has got to be the loveliest person in the world, so kind and thoughtful, nothing is too much trouble for him. He makes you feel so special; he obviously loves his job and is so conscientious. The nurses were lovely and extremely good at their jobs again nothing was too much trouble for them.
I am writing this after my second visit, (so it must be ok). I would certainly recommend anyone who is thinking of any cosmetic procedure to use BBC, both Nick and Mirka are wonderful. Like you I too read so many testimonials and really began to think are they real? So I will add this to mine, if you would like to speak to me in person I would be only to happy to talk to you about my experiences because I know that the more you discuss things the better you feel.
