Our System Made Easy

Example based around bookings for Cosmetic Procedures

(Weight Loss & IVF Treatment are slightly different).


1.

Consider which treatment(s) fulfil your needs.

2.Then fill out the questionnaire.
3.

Upload photos, if required, of the area needing treatment (photos may also be sent by post).

4.

On receiving the questionnaire and photos one of our advisors will contact you and discuss any issues or questions you may have.

5.We then discuss with the surgeon the results of the questionnaire, the photos and any points arising from the telephone conversation. Once he has assessed the treatment required we will contact you with his recommendations and a fixed price quote.

Given that you wish to accept, all we need initially is for you to book your flight tickets, and forward us a copy, plus your instructions regarding accommodation during your stay.
(In most cases we can even book the flight tickets for you).

7.We will then make the necessary arrangements for your treatments.

Inside of seven days of receiving of this information we will supply you with a copy of any forms needing completion at the clinic, and a concise itinerary detailing your stay in Prague.

(We can handle the booking of your accommodation, (should you wish), plus the treatment and transport to and from the clinic, hotel and airport. Payment for the accommodation is made on arrival).

On your approval, we require you to make a deposit of 450GBP for cosmetic procedures,
or 600GBP for bariatric procedures. The deposit is later taken out of the amount paid at the clinic.

The deposit payment can be by Debit/Credit Card, bank transfer, or Cash / Cheque at our bank in the UK.

From the "Deposit Fee" we can purchase your flight tickets on your behalf. The remaining balance (deposit-flight ticket cost) will be used as part payment against your procedure fee.

On your return one of our support team will contact you to monitor your progress and to arrange your optional home nursing visit(s), as stated within your discharge notes from our clinic.


You are welcome at any time to phone one of our advisors to clarify any concerns or worries you may have.

We endeavour to take the stress out of the process and are pleased to know that customers like our service.




Important Aftercare Information.


We operate an optional nursing service, where a state registered nurse will call at your home to remove any stitches and check on your progress.

The charge for this service is £70.00 per one hour visit.

We do advise that you have the nursing visits, but fully understand if you wish to make your own arrangements.
