I have been meaning to write for some time now, but just don't seem to have had the chance!

Since returning back from Czech Republic last August, I have been absolutely thrilled with the results of my rhinoplasty operation. Everything went perfectly; from as soon as I landed in Prague right through until I went home. Firstly, I was very impressed with the chauffeur that picked us up from the airport. He was friendly, helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I was amazed at how beautiful the Pension 189 was, and the owners could not have done enough for me. Even though I was on my own for the majority of the trip, I never once felt alone as everyone made me feel so welcome.

I was overwhelmed by the quality and cleanliness of the clinic. Each of the nurses and Surgeons were more professional than I would expect those to be in the UK. I was extremely well looked after (and well fed!) in the clinic during my 2 night stay. Nurses did their utmost to keep me comfortable at all times.

Nick, you were also very helpful when my friend had to leave early and you organised her flight home. I felt the trip was extremely well organised by Bodies Beautiful and I would not hesitate to use your services again, and I would always recommend you to anyone. I was very apprehensive about travelling abroad for surgery, but the whole experience was a joy - and one never to be forgotten.
