Why BBC Direct
With BBC Direct, you are dealing with one company, which works alongside select surgeons whom workthroughout Europe and the World. Our Prague Surgeons are our personal friends, as we too are located in Prague.
You PAY NO MORE for the procedure, and in many cases, less than the officially advertised
clinic/surgeon fees.
So why use BBC Direct?
- From initial enquiry, to consultation, quoting, and booking of your procedure, you have one contact.
- The main contacts are native English speaking.
- Our office is open during extended hours, 7 days, allowing better and more responsive contact/replies.
- We can even help with the booking of your transport and accommodation.
- On return back home, our staff members can back-up the surgeons support, and act as intermediaries during
your post-operative support, again available 7 days… - We can quote, and accept payment in your local currency, GBP, EURO.
This means NO EXCHANGE RATES to worry about. i.e. 1000GBP = 1000GBP, not 1157GBP due to exchange rates. - We will (in many cases) guarantee the quote until your operation date,
(i.e. no surprises on the operation day, and find your operations has increased in cost! - You don't have to commit exactly to the procedure(s) before you arrive.
All this will be sorted during your stay, during your personal consultation. - All the above can save you £100's - Remove the surprises from your visit abroad!
- **From August 2009**, by popular request, and suggestions from our present patients, we have introduced a daily checkup by our helps here in Prague, included within the procedure fees quoted.
Daily, as needed, from date of discharge from the clinic back to your local accommodation, one of our helps will check on you once a day (or more if needed) to see if you need any assistance.
There will also be an ‘on-call’ service if you find that something is needed more pressingly.*
If you feel that you will need more intensive or regular help will be happy to discuss this with you.*
(*These may, or may not be included free within the standard operation charge, please ask for more details).

A Brief History
Originally (back in 1998) we were a husband and wife team acting as an agency in much the same form as many other companies. Since 2005, we now employ our own staff in both Prague, and the UK., and have our own dedicated surgeon assigned to our clients (Cosmetic Surgery Only - Prague). - Unlimited telephone consultations with our support team in English at no extra cost.
- UK Phone numbers (or call backs if required), so no expensive international calls.
- Out-Of-Hours support lines.
- Highly experienced, specialist surgeons and Support Staff.
- State of the art hi-tech clinics.
- Personal fixed price quotations. Fully inclusive of surgery, medications, clinic accommodation, post-operative garment and aftercare, with no hidden extra costs. We also include transport to/from airport to designated hotel. If you opt for a differant hotel, a slight charge might apply.
The only other costs, which are outside our control are:
(a) Return set of flight tickets
(b) Accommodation whilst not at the clinic.
